Description

Arnaud Lépinois is Head of Technology and Innovation Strategy and a partner in the HPC Group. Arnaud has held various management positions within technology companies such as HP, Computacenter, Neurones and IBM. An entrepreneur and intrapreneur, he has also founded several international companies. Before joining HPC, Arnaud Lépinois was Director of Transformation & Group CIO (Excom member) at CMA CGM. A former professional sportsman, he began his career in 1996 at IBM as an engineer and product manager. In 2000, he became Chief Technology Officer of the Inexware Group, which was acquired by the Neurones Group in 2002. In 2005, he moved to Canada and set up several companies in various fields: audiovisual production, where he worked for cinema, television and the Web; development of mobility solutions; biotechnologies and fintech. Returning to France in 2012, he became Director of Managed Services at Computacenter, before taking over as CEO in 2018. He will become President and CEO of HP Inc. France in 2020 to lead the organization's shift towards services. His industrial experience, IT infrastructure expertise, understanding of the challenges of major outsourcing contracts and new technology consumption models today enable him to effectively and successfully support organizations in their transformation. Arnaud graduated from INSA Lyon in Industrial Engineering.
