Description
Jacques Beltran began his career as a researcher on European security and transatlantic relations at the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI). In 2003, he joined EADS-AIRBUS as project manager for international development. In 2005, he was appointed diplomatic advisor to Dominique PERBEN, Minister of Equipment and Transport, where he monitored European negotiations on rail transport liberalization and major cross-border infrastructure projects. From 2007 to 2016, he worked at ALSTOM as Director of Public Affairs, Director of the Asia-Pacific and Europe-CEI regions in the International Department, and finally as Sales Director for France at Alstom Transport. Returning to the public sector in 2016, he was appointed Deputy Director General of the Ile-de-France Region, in charge of European and international affairs and tourism. He joins Dassault Systèmes in September 2019 as Vice President in charge of developing the group's business in France and internationally in the public sector. He studied at Sciences Po Paris, the Ecole spéciale militaire de Saint-Cyr and INSEAD. He is a member of the World Economic Forum's Young Global Leaders program.
