Description
Dimitri Sarafinof has contributed to improving the interoperability of data and services in the field of geography, within a national, European and international framework, in the service of civil and defense public policies. He headed IGN's standardization department for more than 10 years, before taking over in 2024 as head of the Defense program and coordinator of the national project for the digital twin of France and its territories.
