- Biographie
- Yves Vandenbrouck holds a PhD in Human Physiopathology and a master's degree in Computational Biology. He is a research director at the CEA (French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission), having worked across academic (CNRS, Institut Pasteur Paris) and private (Roche, Genome Express, Beckman Coulter) environments, enriching his expertise at the intersection of medical biology, digital sciences, and genomics technologies, along with project management and technology transfer. Author of over 60 research articles and book chapters, his teaching and research contributions focus on the development of bioinformatics approaches, machine learning, and software tools for discovering clinically relevant biomarkers and analyzing large-scale omics data, notably within the Human Proteome Project consortium. He currently serves as a digital health mission officer at the CEA’s Fundamental Research Division, supporting projects in Health and Medicine of the Future developed there.
